Business is one key for several servers, claimed by each of them, so growing means adding a machine rather than renegotiating. Every plan has the whole panel, and API tokens come with Pro and Business. Every plan opens 13 October 2026, the free one included. Pro and Business come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

A lapsed licence never takes a website down
A paid licence that runs out keeps working for seven more days, so a card that expired over a weekend is not your problem to solve on a Saturday. After that the server goes back to the free plan. Every website, mailbox and DNS zone keeps running; only new websites past the limit are refused.
Security fixes are never a paid extra
Every installation is offered every release, whatever its plan, because a server left unpatched is a problem for everybody it hosts. Intel and ARM servers each get the release built for them.
Pricing questions
Can I install or buy Dashmox before launch?
Not yet. The installer and all three plans open on 13 October 2026. Questions about the plans before then go to hello@dashmox.com.
What does the free plan include?
The whole panel, for up to three websites, with no time limit and no card. API access, for scripts and integrations, comes with Pro and Business. No licence key or account is needed to use it.
Is Dashmox priced per account?
No. A licence covers a server, and Pro hosts as many websites and customer accounts as that server can hold for $19.95 a month. Adding a customer never changes the price.
What does Business add?
One licence key for every server you run, priority support with a first reply within 24 hours, seven days a week, and hands-on help moving your websites from your old panel, for $49.95 a month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Pro and Business come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and a renewal you did not mean to keep is refunded if you ask within 7 days of it. The server goes back to the free plan, and every website keeps running.
What happens if a paid licence runs out?
The server goes back to the free plan. Every website, mailbox and DNS zone it hosts keeps running. Dashmox refuses to create another website past the free plan's limit, and it never removes one.
Are updates and security fixes only for paid plans?
No. Every installation is offered every release, including security fixes, whatever plan it is on. An update installs only when an administrator presses the button, and it is refused unless it carries Dashmox's signature.
