Choose a domain, a customer and how the website runs. Dashmox creates its Linux account, its web server configuration and its certificate, and checks each step before it takes the next.

Is Dashmox available?

Is Dashmox an alternative to the panel I use now?
If your panel hosts websites, email, DNS, SSL certificates, databases, backups and customer accounts with hosting packages, Dashmox does those jobs. It runs on your own Linux server, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS today, and is priced per server rather than per account. It also plugs into WHMCS, FOSSBilling and Blesta, so the billing you already run keeps working.
Can I move my websites from my old panel?
Yes. Let Dashmox sign in to the old server over SSH and pull a website across, or upload an archive of its files. Full account backups in the most widely used hosting panel's format are read as they are, with their databases and domains. WordPress and Joomla are pointed at their new database, and before anything is created Dashmox shows what it found and what will not come across.
What does the free plan include?
The whole panel on one server, with no limit on websites, mailboxes, DNS zones or customer accounts, no time limit and no card. API access, for scripts and integrations, comes with Pro and Business. No licence key or account is needed to use it.
What do I need to run Dashmox?
A fresh Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server with root access, at least 1 GB of memory and 2 GB of free disk, and a hostname pointing at it. Any provider works. The installer checks the memory and the disk and refuses rather than half installing. Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is supported as well, with one thing worth knowing before you pick it: it carries PHP 8.5 and cannot add another version, because no third-party archive publishes for it yet, so choose 24.04 if anything you host needs an older PHP. Ubuntu is what Dashmox installs on today; more Linux distributions are planned. Hosting email needs the server to have a name, not only an IP address.
